  1. Perhaps, this is "bad karma", is related to procrastination, but whatever the cause may be, we find ourselves creating justifiable excuses for why an assignment was not turned in or the fact that our computer was not working. Bad karma = procrastination.

  2. There's a difference between bad karma and excuses. We try and justify both of them making them the same as if me telling you that you were wrong for hitting a kid verse me judging you people try to put it in the same context. Yes there are moment where bad things or moments do happen, like my junior year in High school my God father who was taking care of me had a stroke 2 months later my baby sister died at 16 and with all that stress and then being evicted and living on the streets a lot of my teachers also assumed "Bad Karma" because it was always something i ended up in the hospital for seizures and Black outs in result to all the stress i had to miss out on the first half of the year. SO its also the angle. For these students obviously you'll have a teacher or many teachers that may work with the student because they understand. After awhile it is wise that the teacher has a face to face sit down that if circumstances are becoming to much you can withdraw or we can work out a system that can benefit both teacher and student. Yes in these cases procrastination is a big assumption or even to the point a fact. Both student and teacher need to see after a while life will give you lemons and most times you gotta work through it at least the teacher can vouch that you are trying.

  3. Now understand, there are cases where a tragic event happens (i.e. death in the family, illness not sickness, or an injury) and you aren't able to turn in an assignment, because it does indeed happens. However there are people who take advantage and lie to try to cover up why they haven't completed an assignment and they make it look bad for people who have really had something horrible happen. Now to those people I feel like they are being lazy and should be penalized, but to the people who have had an emergency happen and you are all calling it "karma", is what I think is wrong with the world today. Everyone is so cold-hearted and individualistic that they forget a such thing called empathy. To that I say, that is how you block your blessings. You can take whatever I am saying as you would like it. Bless-

  5. It isn't my place to judge any of these people. We don't know, they might be telling the truth and just had some bad luck.
